The only time you are on your own is when you’re showing your home but then you have the help of the buyers agent. I actually enjoyed showings. Proof it’s easy: filled out Mr.Lister on-line form, they had us multiple listed that night and on realtor.com and Zillow. We had a showing the next day, four more that weekend, two more the next week. Sold within a week. Saved thousands of dollars. Just do it!
